1: Do I need an appointment to work with you, or can I just walk in?

Youโ€™re welcome to do both. Walk-ins are always welcome at Kia of East Hartford, but if you want to save time, you can text or call me ahead of time and Iโ€™ll have vehicles ready for you to see and test drive.

2: What should I bring with me when Iโ€™m ready to buy a car?

Bring your driverโ€™s license, proof of income, proof of residence, and your insurance information. If youโ€™re trading in a vehicle, bring your registration and any loan payoff info too. If youโ€™re not sure, just reach out and Iโ€™ll walk you through it.

3: Can you help if my credit isnโ€™t perfect?

Yes. I work with all types of credit situationsโ€”great credit, rebuilding credit, or no credit at all. My goal is to help you find a realistic option that fits your monthly budget without judgment or pressure.

4: Do you only sell new Kias, or do you have used cars too?

I can help you with new Kias, certified pre-owned Kias, and a variety of quality used vehicles from other brands. If you tell me your budget and what youโ€™re looking for, Iโ€™ll narrow down the best options for you.

5: Whatโ€™s the difference between leasing and financing, and which is better for me?

Leasing usually gives you a lower monthly payment and keeps you in a newer car more often. Financing builds ownership and is better if you plan to keep the car long-term. Iโ€™ll ask you a few simple questions about your driving habits and goals, then help you decide which one makes more sense.

Yes, we take trade-ins. Your vehicleโ€™s value is based on its year, mileage, condition, market demand, and history report. Iโ€™ll walk you through the appraisal so you understand how we arrived at the numberโ€”and how it helps lower your payment on your next vehicle.
