1: “My paint looks swirled—do I need a full detail or paint correction?”
If you can see spiderweb swirls in sunlight, you need paint correction (machine compounding/polishing) to remove them. A full detail cleans and protects; correction actually fixes defects. We’ll inspect under lights and tell you if it’s 1-step or multi-step so you don’t overpay.
2: “How long will ceramic/graphene coatings really last—and what voids the warranty?”
Properly maintained, expect 2–5+ years depending on the package. Skipping washes, using harsh soaps, or automatic brush tunnels shortens life and can void coverage. We register your coating and give you a simple care routine so it actually hits its lifespan.
3: “PPF vs. ceramic—do I need both?”
They do different jobs. PPF (film) is physical impact protection (rock chips, scuffs). Ceramic/graphene is chemical/UV protection and crazy gloss. Daily highway driving or a new front end? Do PPF on high-impact zones + ceramic over the rest for the best of both worlds.
4: “What does a ‘Full Detail’ really include—and what costs extra?”
Wash, decon (iron/tar), machine polish (light), sealant/ceramic add-on, wheels/tires dressed, interior deep clean, plastics/leather treated, and glass. Extras: heavy pet hair, bio/mold treatment, sand/salt extraction, severe odor removal, and multi-stage paint correction. We flag any add-ons up front so there are no surprises.
5: “How long will you need my car? I use it daily.”
Quick Wash/Quick Detail: 60–120 min.
Full Detail: 3–6 hrs.
Correction/Coating: 1–2 days (cure time matters).
PPF: ½–2 days depending on coverage. We’ll give you a firm window at check-in and can help with drop-off/pickup timing.
6: “What should I do before my appointment—and how do I keep it ‘mint’ afterward?”
Empty your personal items and car seats, and tell us about any prior repaints/repairs. After service, use pH-neutral soap, soft towels, and avoid brush tunnels. We offer maintenance washes so the finish stays dialed without you buying a closet of products.
