I am a Master-Level Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Nutritionist—with over 23 years of hands-on experience and a long list of certifications and specialties to back it up. For the past 15 years, I've been coaching youth athletes and traveling up and down the East Coast with my teams, helping young talent rise to the next level. My mission? To prepare athletes both physically and mentally—on and off the field or court. I specialize in sport-specific strength and conditioning, plyometrics, speed and agility, and injury prevention, all tailored to ensure my athletes perform at their absolute peak, not just for one season, but for the entire span of their careers. This isn’t just training—it’s transformation. And I bring everything I’ve got to every rep, every drill, and every athlete I coach.

Apr 2010 - Apr 2019 City of New BritainI created and coached the first all girls travel soccer team and was successful in developing all of the girls who now start varsity as freshman in high school.

Jun 2013 - 1 Jr. Lady CanesCo Founder of the first all girls basketball league in New Britain Ct. We grew the program from 30 girls the first season. To 120 girls by the 4th year. Then travel and AAU teams were formed and we created the Mid State lady Raiders AAU program. Which currently has 9 Teams that travel the East Coast exposing the athletes to college scouts as we prepare them for the next level.
