I am a Master-Level Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Nutritionist—with over 23 years of hands-on experience and a long list of certifications and specialties to back it up. For the past 15 years, I've been coaching youth athletes and traveling up and down the East Coast with my teams, helping young talent rise to the next level. My mission? To prepare athletes both physically and mentally—on and off the field or court. I specialize in sport-specific strength and conditioning, plyometrics, speed and agility, and injury prevention, all tailored to ensure my athletes perform at their absolute peak, not just for one season, but for the entire span of their careers.
