- Who is Michelle?
- Hi, I'm Michelle Loyola, owner of Community Benefits & Resources. Since 2007, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate the often-confusing world of insurance. In 2015, I became an independent insurance professional, allowing me to provide more personalized guidance tailored to each client's unique needs. For me, this has never been just about insurance policies. It's about building relationships, protecting families, and making sure people have someone they can trust when important decisions need to be made. Outside of my work, I'm a proud mother of a Rowan University graduate and blessed with a beautiful 5-year-old princess who has brought tremendous joy into our lives. I love traveling, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories with the people I love. My greatest passion is helping others. Whether you're planning for retirement, protecting your family, or searching for community resources, I'm here to guide you with honesty, compassion, and genuine care. More than insurance, I'm a resource you can count on—today and throughout the year.
FAQ
What is the difference between Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement insurance?
Medicare Advantage plans are an alternative way to receive Medicare-covered benefits through private insurers. Medicare Supplement policies generally work alongside Original Medicare to help pay certain out-of-pocket costs. I'll help you understand the differences, including coverage, costs, and provider access.
Does it cost anything to schedule a Medicare consultation?
No. I offer Medicare guidance consultations at no cost or obligation. My goal is to help you understand the options available to you so you can make informed decisions.
Can you help me determine whether I qualify for financial assistance with Medicare?
Yes. I can help you explore programs such as Medicare Savings Programs and Extra Help. Eligibility depends on factors including income, resources, and applicable program requirements.
Can I review or change my Medicare coverage every year?
You may be able to make changes during applicable Medicare enrollment periods or when you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. I can help you review your current coverage and understand when changes may be permitted.
What if I have existing health conditions and need life insurance?
Coverage options may still be available. Eligibility, premiums, and benefits depend on the insurer and policy. I can help you explore available options, including final expense insurance, based on your situation.
Do you offer insurance options for small businesses?
Yes. I work with small businesses to explore health insurance and employee benefit solutions, helping owners understand coverage options, costs, and enrollment considerations.
Can you help me find services or resources for an elderly family member?
Absolutely. I can help you locate information about senior benefits, caregiver support, Medicare assistance programs, and other available community resources.
Do you provide assistance in Spanish?
Yes. I proudly provide personalized insurance guidance and community resource assistance in both English and Spanish.
